Capitium advised the Minister of Finance on the IPO of ABN AMRO Bank, the largest IPO since the financial crisis and one of the largest ever. In preparation of the IPO, Capitium evaluated various alternative offering structures and published its findings. Its report (in Dutch) was submitted to parliament and can be downloaded here.
